ACQUISITION: Bain Capital and Evergreen Medical Properties acquire a six-property, 665,000 SF medical outpatient portfolio in the Atlanta metro area through an off-market transaction. The Class A portfolio is 93% leased and anchored by Northside Hospital, with assets located in the Pill Hill and Alpharetta submarkets. The properties house a mix of high-acuity specialties and outpatient services. Lukas Gregg led the investment for Bain Capital, alongside Joshua Richmond for Evergreen Medical Properties. Realty Trust Group advised Northside Hospital.

ACQUISITION: A ±10,000 SF single-tenant MOB in the Las Vegas Medical District sold for $3.25M. Located at 1120 Shadow Lane, the property is fully leased to CrossRoads of Southern Nevada, which executed a new 10-year NNN lease at closing. The transaction closed at 96% of the asking price, reflecting strong investor demand for stabilized healthcare assets. The sale was brokered by the Investment Services Group of LOGIC.

ACQUISITION: CoreGro acquires a medical outpatient facility in Riverdale, Georgia, located directly across from Southern Crescent Hospital. The property was approximately 49% occupied at closing and offers lease-up potential. CBRE and CoreProp will lead leasing and property management efforts. The acquisition aligns with CoreGro’s strategy of enhancing value through active asset management while supporting healthcare access in the community.
