NEWS ROUNDUP
ACQUISITION: CBRE facilitates the sale of Kanis Medical Plaza in Little Rock, Arkansas, to Laramar Group. Located at 9101 Kanis Road, the 37, 862 SF, four-story property is 100% leased and sits adjacent to Baptist Health Medical Center-Little Rock. Tenants include Baptist Health Arkansas and other specialty providers. Chris Bodnar, Brannan Knott, Zack Holderman, Anthony Sardo, Cole Reethof, and Jesse Greshin, along with William Callahan, represented the seller, Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate.
ACQUISITION: Fleming Island Medical Plaza, a two-building medical office property in Fleming Island, Florida, sold for $24.12M. Located at 4565 and 4575 U.S. 17, the 77,047 SF property was built in 2010 and is leased to tenants including Southeast Orthopedic Specialists, Family Care Partners by InnovaCare Health, Akumin, First Coast Heart & Vascular Center, Brooks Rehabilitation, and DaVita. Lincoln Property Company sold the asset to SG Property Services. Chris Bodnar, Brannan Knott, Zack Holderman, Anthony Sardo, Cole Reethof, and Jesse Greshin, along with Bruce Jackson, represented the seller alongside Accretiv Group.
EXPANSION: Banner Health completes the expansion of its health center in Mesa, Arizona, nearly doubling the facility to more than 40,000 SF. The project added over 19,000 SF, including 31 new exam rooms, expanded lab space for Sonora Quest Laboratories, behavioral health services, and additional clinical and administrative areas. Three new providers have joined, with more expected. Located at 1917 South Crismon Road, the property is owned by Stockdale Capital Partners. GCON Inc. served as general contractor, with Andrew Saba involved in the project.
