ACQUISITION: MLL Capital acquires Riverstone Medical Plaza and Green Valley Medical Plaza from Northwest Healthcare Properties for $6.1 million. The two-building medical office portfolio includes 42,722 SF of medical office space across Tucson and Green Valley.  Travis Ives, Gino Lollio, and Tyler Morss from Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction, while Tom Neiman and Bryce Horner provided local advisory services.

HREA brokers the sale of HCA College Park medical office Portfolio in Overland Park, Kansas.

ACQUISITION: HREA brokers the sale of HCA College Park medical office Portfolio in Overland Park, Kansas. The three single-tenant buildings, totaling 66,651 SF, are fully occupied by College Park Family Care, a multi-specialty group affiliated with HCA Healthcare. Strategically located for patient access, the portfolio supports a wide range of specialties and serves a population of over 2.3 million.

Novant Health breaks ground on emergency department and health hub in Bluffton, S.C.

DEVELOPMENT: Novant Health breaks ground on emergency department and health hub in Bluffton, S.C. The new healthcare campus featuring the 10,000 SF Bluffton Emergency Department and the adjacent 40,000 SF Bluffton Health Place medical office building is located off Buckwalter Parkway. The facilities will offer emergency care, primary and specialty services including cardiology, gastroenterology, and outpatient procedures. Built by Vannoy Contractors, the project is part of Novant’s broader Lowcountry expansion. Jason Bernd represented Novant Health. Erica McEnery and Joel Taylor from Hilton Head Medical Center also attended.

AdventHealth Redmond begins construction on a 40,000 SF MOB that will house the new AdventHealth Redmond Heart and Vascular Institute.

DEVELOPMENT: AdventHealth Redmond begins construction on a 40,000 SF MOB that will house the new AdventHealth Redmond Heart and Vascular Institute. Located on the west side of the hospital campus along Redmond Road, the facility will feature cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, cardiac rehab, outpatient testing, and provider offices. Completion is slated for March 2026. CEO and President Isaac Sendros represented AdventHealth Redmond.

OrthoIndy Secures $45M Refinancing for OrthoIndy South, MOB in Greenwood, Ind.

FINANCING: OrthoIndy secures $45M refinancing for OrthoIndy South, MOB in Greenwood, IN. Located at 1260 Innovation Parkway, the 77,600 SF facility sits near I-65 and Indy South Greenwood Airport. Webster Bank provided the permanent loan. The two-story facility, which offers imaging, urgent care, and physical therapy services, was originally acquired by OrthoIndy in 2020 for $51.8 million.
