CBRE facilitates the sale of a 56,611 SF On-Campus MOB in Fort Mill, South Carolina, to Invesco Real Estate.
Anchor Health Properties acquires a 151,993 SF MOB in Charlotte’s SouthPark submarket through an off-market joint venture with an institutional equity partner.

ACQUISITION: Anchor Health Properties acquires a 151,993 SF MOB in Charlotte’s SouthPark submarket through an off-market joint venture with an institutional equity partner. Located at 6324 Fairview Road, the five-story Azalea building is anchored by Novant Health, which occupies nearly 75% of the property. Originally developed in 1990, the asset has transitioned to medical outpatient use and offers services including imaging, family medicine, women’s health, senior health, memory care, pediatrics, urogynecology and rheumatology. Elliott Sellers and Rob Rumer led the investment for Anchor. Caldwell Rose and Mike Wiles of NAI Southern Real Estate represented the buyer. Regions Bank provided financing. Anchor will also oversee asset and property management.

Remedy Medical Properties breaks ground on two medical outpatient developments with Broward Health in Fort Lauderdale and Deerfield Beach.

DEVELOPMENT: Remedy Medical Properties breaks ground on two medical outpatient developments with Broward Health in Fort Lauderdale and Deerfield Beach. The Broward Health Medical Center project in Fort Lauderdale will total 188,000 SF across eight stories with 129 exam rooms, expandable to 237, and a 700-space parking garage. The Broward Health North project in Deerfield Beach will span 114,000 SF across six stories with 75 exam rooms, expandable to 123. Peter Westmeyer leads Remedy. Project partners include The Beck Group, DMZ Architects, Newmark Securities, Robins & Morton, DPR Construction and Centurion.
