ACQUISITION: Vital Infrastructure Property Trust acquires the Emblem Health Hub MOB, a 140,000 SF medical outpatient facility in Brooklyn, NY., from Dominion Management Company for $89M. The fully leased property is occupied by EmblemHealth under a long-term lease and serves as one of Brooklyn's newest purpose-built medical office developments. Newmark represented the seller in the transaction. The brokerage team included Ben Appel, Adam Spies, Jay Miele, Justin Shepherd, John Nero, Adam Doneger, Matt Berres, Michael Greeley, Ron Ott, Conor Hilton and Drew Martin.

ACQUISITION: Emory University acquires the 107,500 SF MOB at 615 Peachtree St. in Atlanta for $82M. The property was acquired from Georgia ProtonCare Center, a nonprofit owned by Provident Resources Group, following bankruptcy proceedings. The facility is home to Emory Proton therapy center and is adjacent to Emory University Hospital Midtown and Winship Cancer Institute. The two-story medical office building houses five proton therapy treatment rooms, a 90-ton cyclotron and advanced imaging equipment.

ACQUISITION: Healthcare Realty acquires Greenwich Medical Center, a 106,092 SF outpatient medical campus in Greenwich, Connecticut, for approximately $65M. The Class A property was acquired from Benedict Realty Group. Renovated in 2016, the campus is 97% leased and anchored by Yale New Haven Health and Stamford Health. Newmark represented the seller in the transaction. The brokerage team included Ben Appel, Justin Shepherd, Jay Miele, John Nero, Michael Greeley, Ron Ott, Conor Hilton, Drew Martin and Doug Harmon.
