FINANCING: Cushman & Wakefield arranges $5.34M in acquisition financing for Crossroads Medical Pavilion, a 34,680 SF medical office property in White House, TN, on behalf of Onicx Health Care Real Estate. The property is 100% leased and anchored by Crossroads Medical Group, with additional tenants including Ascension Health, Access Dermatology Clinic, TriStar Skyline, Star Physical Therapy, and White House Pharmacy. Tyler Morss of Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Capital Markets Team led the assignment, securing financing through a regional bank. Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Capital Markets Team includes Travis Ives, Gino Lollio, and Tyler Morss.

ACQUISITION: An undisclosed buyer acquires UVA Health Medical Park Riverside, a fully leased, 111,315 SF medical outpatient campus in Charlottesville, Virginia. The four-building campus is anchored by UVA Health, which occupies 71% of the property, including significant space under a 20-year NNN master lease backed by the AAA-rated Commonwealth of Virginia. Jim Kornick, Joe French, Mike Wilson and Kyle Borda of Avison Young represented the seller, Cascade Realty Partners and BGO. Matt Clinebell of Cascade Realty Partners also highlighted Avison Young’s competitive marketing process.

DEVELOPMENT: Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Sturdy Health open a new outpatient oncology and hematology clinic within the newly constructed Sturdy Health Specialty Care Building in Attleboro, Massachusetts. The 10-exam-room, 17-infusion-bed clinic provides medical oncology, hematology, infusion, genetic counseling, clinical trials, nutrition guidance, and supportive services to patients across Southern Massachusetts. Jennifer Sutherby, VP & Healthcare Lead at Redgate, who managed the development, highlighted the collaboration between Redgate, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and Sturdy Health in bringing specialized cancer care closer to the community.
