NEWS ROUNDUP

ACQUISITION: Elliott Bay Capital Trust, in partnership with Pantheon, acquires an outpatient medical facility in Clifton Park, NY. Built in 2016, the 60,000 SF property is fully leased to Community Care Physicians, Albany Med Health System, and Brass Eye Center, offering a range of services including imaging, urgent care, OB/GYN, pediatrics, ophthalmology, and urology. Located along NY Route 9 in Saratoga County’s primary medical corridor, the facility is anchored by two of the region’s leading healthcare providers. CEO Christian Whipple represented Elliott Bay in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Berkadia Medical & Life Sciences announces the closing of Huntsville Medical Park. The 99,950 SF property, located on the campus of Huntsville Memorial Hospital, is 96% leased to HCA, Huntsville Memorial Hospital, and regional physician groups offering cardiology, orthopedics, imaging, women’s health, radiation oncology, and more. Vasili Davos, Sabrina Solomiany, Eric Lee, Chris Lashmet, and George Desloge served as exclusive advisors to the seller.

DEVELOPMENT: Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate announces the completion of MOB in Ridgeland, MS., in partnership with the University of Mississippi Medical Center. UMMC anchors the three-story, 80,000 SF medical office building, joined by Jackson Heart Clinic, creating a comprehensive healthcare hub near Township at Colony Park and Renaissance at Colony Park. President & COO Alex Stacy represented Catalyst.

DEVELOPMENT: Northside Hospital Forsyth breaks ground on a new 120,000 SF MOB and 900-space parking deck. Slated to open in fall 2026, the four-story facility will expand services in pulmonology, colorectal, surgery, imaging, neurology, and thoracic surgery. The project is 98% pre-leased and developed in partnership with Healthpeak Properties and eight physician investor groups. President and CEO Alex Warner represented Forsyth in the ceremony. Leaders at the groundbreaking included Mark Theine, Charlie Dickhaus, Amy Fischer, Sammy Stork, Lynn Jackson, Dr. Sohel Momin, Dr. Chip Long, and Dr. Nick Drahush.

DEVELOPMENT: Novant Health breaks ground on its first medical campus in the Upstate of South Carolina, located on Patewood Drive in Greenville. The project begins with an MOB and ASC, with a state-approved 20-bed hospital planned to follow, offering surgical services, specialty care, and diagnostic imaging with capacity to expand. Leaders at the ceremony included Jason Bernd, Ryan Lee, and Dr. Michael Kissenberth. The Greenville campus marks Novant’s first physical footprint in the region and expands its South Carolina presence beyond Charleston and Hilton Head.
