ACQUISITION: Cushman & Wakefield arranges $13.2M sale of Morristown MOB. Madison Avenue Medical Plaza, the 58,440 SF fully leased MOB is located at 310 Madison Ave, Morristown, NJ. The asset was sold by The Silverman Group to an affiliate of Pentaurus Properties. C&W’s David Bernhaut, Gary Gabriel, Frank DiTommaso, Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, Bill Baunach, Andre Balthazard, and Dan Bottiglieri represented the seller and procured the buyer. President of the Silverman Group, Blake Silverman and a representative from the new ownership group, Austin Rolnick were also there.

ACQUISITION: CBRE brokers sale of on-campus MOB portfolio in Yakima, WA. The 95,986 SF Yakima Medical Portfolio comprises two fully leased medical outpatient buildings connected to MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital. MultiCare has committed to long-term tenancy. CBREU.S. Healthcare Capital Markets’ Chris Bodnar, Brannan Knott, Mindy Berman, Zack Holderman, Cole Reethof and Jesse Greshin in partnership with Marcus Yamamoto of Puget Sound’s Healthcare & Life Science Team acted as the seller’s advisors along with CBRE’s Paul Carr who represented the buyer.

ACQUISITION: Remedy Medical Properties and Kayne Anderson Real Estate acquire 8-building MOB portfolio in D.C. region. The acquired eight purpose-built MOBs across Northern Virginia include the 119,788 SF Hamaker Court in Fairfax, VA., and the 131,574 SF Metro Park 3 in Alexandria. The 873,531 SF portfolio includes Alexandria Professional Center, Prosperity Medical Center, and Woodburn Medical Park. Newmark’s Ben Appel, John Nero, Jay Miele, Justin Shepherd, Michael Greeley, Jud Ryan, and Ron Ott arranged the sale and financing on behalf of the undisclosed seller. Financing was secured through Capital One by Newmark’s John Nero. CIO Joe Magliochetti represented Remedy Medical in the transaction.

DEVELOPMENT: Stonemont Financial Group in partnership with Realty Trust Group breaks ground on Northside Hospital facility in Milton, GA. The 5,278 SF medical outpatient building for Northside Hospital is located at 15755 Birmingham Hwy in Milton, Georgia. The facility will replace an existing location and expand primary care access in North Fulton. Structure Group is serving as general contractor, with May Architect as design lead. Completion is expected in Q1 2026. AVP McLean Voelkel represented Stonemont.

FINANCING: Gantry secures $85M refinance for Torrance medical office portfolio. Gantry’s George Mitsanas, Braden Turnbull, and Alicia Sabanero arranged $85M in permanent financing for a Southern California medical office portfolio serving Torrance Memorial Medical Center. The package includes two 10-year, fixed-rate loans for the 381,249 SF Skypark Medical & Office Center and a 39,611 SF facility on Lomita Blvd. Financing was sourced through a correspondent insurance lender, featuring an interest-only period and 30-year amortization.
