NEWS ROUNDUP

ACQUISITION: Marcus & Millichap arranges the $5.825M sale of a 50,017 SF medical office property in Davison, Michigan. The fully occupied, two-suite property is leased to McLaren Health Management Group, which occupies nearly 80% of the building, and The Cottage of Davison, a memory care provider. The asset was acquired by a Michigan-based investor in an all-cash transaction. Jacob Keith and David Weinberg of Marcus & Millichap exclusively represented the seller, the owner and build-to-suit developer. The buyer was procured by a local OBR.

ACQUISITION: Woodside Health acquires Sweetwater Professional Centre, a three-story, 34,430 SF MOB in Sugar Land, Texas. Located within the First Colony master-planned community, the property is home to a diverse mix of medical and professional tenants and is situated less than one mile from Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital. The acquisition marks Woodside Health's eighth acquisition in the past 12 months and its third property in the Sugar Land submarket, further expanding the firm's healthcare real estate portfolio in Texas.

ACQUISITION: Montecito Medical acquires a 157,296 SF multi-specialty MOB in Eugene, Oregon, for $50.3M. The fully leased property was acquired from PeaceHealth as part of a monetization transaction. PeaceHealth entered into a 12-year sale-leaseback and will continue operating outpatient services at the facility. JLL represented PeaceHealth in the transaction. The brokerage team included Tom Kirschbraun, Buzz Ellis, Evan Kovac, Andrew Milne, Matt DiCesare and Sam Prendergast. Alicia Beymer represented PeaceHealth, while Montecito Medical acquired the asset.
