ACQUISITION: Montecito Medical acquires five-building oncology portfolio totaling more than 152,000 SF across Grand Rapids, Big Rapids, Norton Shores, and Holland, Michigan. The fully occupied portfolio is primarily leased to OneOncology, with one property shared by OneOncology and the START Midwest Center for Cancer Research. Key participants in the transaction include Montecito Medical, Rus Gudnyy, Chip Conk, OneOncology, and the START Midwest Center for Cancer Research. The acquisition aligns with Montecito’s strategy of investing in high-quality healthcare real estate while supporting the growth objectives of leading physician groups and healthcare providers.

ACQUISITION: Crown MedRealty Partners acquires a 13,000 SF single-tenant MOB in Dayton, Ohio. The facility is fully leased to CVP Physicians Dayton. The acquisition expands Crown MedRealty Partners’ footprint in Ohio and further strengthens its relationship with CVP Physicians Dayton. Key participants in the transaction include Crown MedRealty Partners, Steve Bessenbacher, CVP Physicians Dayton, and Mike Sullivan of Cushman & Wakefield, who facilitated the sale.

LEASE SIGNING: NAI Hiffman announces 10,700 SF of new leasing at the Class A MOB in Lindenhurst, Illinois. New commitments include Action Behavior Centers, Therapy, and Smile Partners, represented by Executive Vice President Jason Wurtz and Associate Broker Sarah Walker of NAI Hiffman on behalf of landlord Davis. The two-story, 44,684 SF facility, developed in 2012, features modern medical office design, efficient floorplates, and infrastructure supporting advanced outpatient care.
