NEWS ROUNDUP

ACQUISITION: Echo Real Estate Capital, Inc. acquires Landmark Medical Park, a two-building, 150,000 SF medical office campus in Columbia, South Carolina. The seller was a private partnership represented by Peter Couchell of Furman Capital Advisors. The campus is anchored by MUSC, Prima Health, and Columbia Skin Clinic and is currently 85% occupied by 28 tenants. Financing for the acquisition was provided by SouthState Bank and Aspen Funds. Charlie Boldt highlighted the company’s value-add strategy and the property's growth potential.

ACQUISITION: Montecito Medical acquires a four-building medical office portfolio totaling nearly 230,000 SF across Pinehurst, Southern Pines, and Fayetteville, North Carolina. The fully occupied portfolio is anchored by Pinehurst Surgical Clinic, which occupies more than 190,000 SF across the properties. FirstHealth of the Carolinas occupies 90% of the 14,000 SF Fayetteville facility. Dr. Raymond Washington, President of Pinehurst Surgical Clinic, Rus Gudnyy, Senior Vice President of Investments at Montecito Medical, and Chip Conk, CEO of Montecito Medical, were involved in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Woodside Health acquires a three-story, 27,600 SF MOB in Naples, Florida. Built in 2009, the property is leased to a diverse group of healthcare tenants and benefits from its location near NCH Baker Downtown Hospital along the Tamiami Trail commercial corridor. Ben Barr, Principal at Woodside Health, highlighted the property's prime Naples location and its long-term investment potential.
