Anchor Health Properties acquires MOB in Cumming, Georgia.

ACQUISITION: Anchor Health Properties acquires MOB in Cumming, Georgia. Anchor Health Properties, through a joint venture with an institutional equity partner, acquired a 37,729 SF Class A medical outpatient building in Cumming, Georgia. The two-story property, delivered in 2023 and located at 101 Greenfield Drive near Northside Hospital Forsyth, is 100 percent leased. The asset was originally developed by physicians led by Drs. Beach and Kakkar of Heart & Vascular Care Atlanta. Drew Sandler led the acquisition for Anchor. Elliott Sellers highlighted the firm’s continued investment in the Atlanta market. Josh Gregory, Michael Lipton, and Jordan Selbiger of Colliers International represented the seller. First Citizens Bank provided financing.

Big Sky Asset Management, in partnership with Clarion Partners, acquires a 38,000 SF inpatient rehabilitation facility in Denton, Texas.

ACQUISITION: Big Sky Asset Management, in partnership with Clarion Partners, acquires a 38,000 SF inpatient rehabilitation facility in Denton, Texas. The property, located at 2813 S. Mayhill Road, is fully leased under a long-term triple-net lease to a partnership affiliated with Baylor Scott & White Health and is situated adjacent to Medical City Denton and Baylor Scott & White Heart Hospital – Denton. Julie Robinson of Clarion Partners and Jason Signor of Big Sky Asset Management highlighted the strategic value of the acquisition and the start of their partnership.

Eskra Plastic Surgery MOB sells in Kinston, North Carolina.

ACQUISITION: Eskra Plastic Surgery MOB sells in Kinston, North Carolina. Marcus & Millichap arranged the $2.18 million sale-leaseback of Eskra Plastic Surgery, a 6,959 SF single-tenant medical office in Kinston, North Carolina. CJ Wilson of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, Dr. Ben Eskra. The property is located at 1001 Innovation Way near UNC Lenoir Health Care and includes a fully built-out clinical facility with an on-site operating room.

Silver Cross Hospital signs long-term lease at New Lenox MOB.

LEASE SIGNING: Silver Cross Hospital signs long-term lease at New Lenox MOB. NAI Hiffman brokered a long-term lease for Silver Cross Hospital at Pavilion A, a 174,855 SF medical office building on the Silver Cross Hospital campus in New Lenox, Illinois. Perry Higa of NAI Hiffman represented Silver Cross in the lease negotiation. The transaction, which included existing providers such as Shirley Ryan AbilityLab at Silver Cross, Duly Health and Care, DaVita, Rush University Medical Center, and UChicago Medicine, immediately led to the building’s $88.6 million sale to Farpoint and The Landes Group. NAI Hiffman will also serve as leasing agent and property manager. Chris Bodnar of CBRE represented the seller, PGIM Real Estate and NexCore Group.

Parting Seas Investments announces plans for a new MOB at the northeast corner of Wellness Way and Shadow Lane in Las Vegas’ growing Medical District.

DEVELOPMENT: Parting Seas Investments announces plans for a new MOB at the northeast corner of Wellness Way and Shadow Lane in Las Vegas’ growing Medical District. The development will also feature 2,700 SF of ground-floor retail and a five-story parking garage with 350–385 spaces. The 84,900 SF, four-story Class A project represents an estimated $100 million investment in the area’s healthcare infrastructure. Site acquisition is planned for May 18, 2027, with construction expected to start August 22, 2027, and take 18–24 months. Jason Anzalone highlighted the firm’s commitment to delivering modern healthcare facilities that support the community and local economy.
