ACQUISITION: Woodside Health acquires a 40,000 SF MOB in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, from SITE Centers. The three-story property at 400 Meadowmont Village Circle was completed in 2001 and sits on nearly 13 acres near State Highway 54 and Interstate 40. The asset was nearly fully leased at the time of sale to a mix of medical and professional tenants. UNC Health anchors the university-affiliated facility, which also includes first-floor retail space. SITE Centers originally acquired the property in 2007 from The Inland Real Estate Group of Cos. as part of a larger portfolio transaction.

The approximately 39,000 SF property is 96% leased and anchored by UNC Health, which also occupies an adjacent 79,000 SF medical outpatient building within the Meadowmont Crossing development. Located near the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and UNC Medical Center, the asset sits within a walkable, grocery-anchored mixed-use environment in the affluent Chapel Hill submarket.
