ACQUISITION: CBRE facilitates the sale of 11 Salt Creek Medical Building in Hinsdale, Illinois, on behalf of MedProperties Group. The recently renovated 39,627 SF property at 11 Salt Creek Lane is 100% leased on a long-term triple-net basis to UChicago Medicine AdventHealth, a joint venture between UChicago Medicine and AdventHealth. Located less than one mile from the 261-bed UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Hinsdale Hospital, the building houses 33 physicians and 12 advanced practitioners across 13 specialties. Chris Bodnar, Brannan Knott, Zack Holderman, Anthony Sardo, Cole Reethof, and Jesse Greshin of CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets partnered with Michael Kaider of CBRE’s Midwest Net Lease Property group to advise the seller.

LEASE SIGNING: Simone Development Companies signs four long-term lease renewals totaling 12,629 SF at Metro Center Atrium within the Hutchinson Metro Center campus in The Bronx, New York. Simone Development’s in-house leasing and legal teams completed renewals with Dunkin’, Parkchester Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates, Dr. Eric Wolf, MD, and Hanger Clinic at 1776 Eastchester Road. Geoff Waddell of Tenant Services Group represented Hanger Clinic. Parkchester Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates, led by Dr. Moore, renewed 3,131 SF, while ophthalmologist Dr. Eric Wolf renewed 2,850 SF. Hanger Clinic extended its 4,989 SF lease, and Dunkin’ renewed 1,659 SF following a Next Generation store remodel. Joe Simone of Simone Development Companies highlighted the property’s strong tenant retention.

ACQUISITION: Cushman & Wakefield brokers $56M sale of Michigan OneOncology portfolio. Michigan OneOncology Cancer Center's portfolio is a five-property, 152,289 SF oncology-focused medical outpatient portfolio across Grand Rapids, Holland, Norton Shores, and Big Rapids, Michigan. The portfolio was 100% occupied at closing. OneOncology operates the centers in partnership with The Cancer & Hematology Centers. Cushman & Wakefield Healthcare Capital Markets leaders Gino Lollio, Travis Ives, Tyler Morss, and Garrett Keais represented the seller.
