ACQUISITION: CBRE facilitates the off-market sale of Simmons Loop Medical Outpatient Building, a 41,810 SF facility in Riverview, Florida. The newly delivered 2025 asset is 100% leased to Women’s Care Enterprises and AdventHealth Primary Care Network, with approximately 9.3 years of weighted average lease term. Tenants provide primary care, family medicine, immunizations, obstetrics, gynecology, and women’s cancer care services. ACQUISITION: Crown MedRealty Partners acquires Oswego Medical Center, a 38,913 SF, Class A MOB in Liverpool, New York. The three-tenant facility is fully leased to Crouse Medical Practice, an affiliate of Crouse Health, along with Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists and Syracuse Gastroenterological Associates. The property is located 5.5 miles from Micron’s $100B semiconductor campus, a major long-term economic driver for the region. Chris Nordstrom noted the strength of the tenant roster and market fundamentals, while Brian Beggs highlighted continued expansion of the firm’s national medical property portfolio. Lisa Menin of Jacobson Properties represented the seller in the transaction.

Dignity Health Medical Group signs a 25,330 SF lease at Park Central in Phoenix, Arizona, for a new outpatient cardiology center in the Burgbacher Building.

LEASE SIGNING: Dignity Health Medical Group signs a 25,330 SF lease at Park Central in Phoenix, Arizona, for a new outpatient cardiology center in the Burgbacher Building. The facility will expand Dignity Health’s presence at the campus, alongside its existing offices and Barrow Neurological Institute operations. The transaction was facilitated by Phil Wurth of CBRE, representing Dignity Health Medical Group, while Margaret Lloyd and Bill Cook of Plaza Companies and Andrew Cheney of Lee & Associates represented the ownership group. Sharon Harper of Plaza Companies and Steve Lindley of Holualoa Companies highlighted the lease as a key addition to Park Central’s evolving healthcare-focused redevelopment.
