NEWS ROUNDUP

ACQUISITION: Lincoln Property Company and PGIM acquire two outpatient medical buildings in North Texas. The 103,000 SF portfolio includes 17051 N. Dallas Parkway in Addison and Rayzor Ranch Medical Building in Denton, Texas. The Class A properties are 84% leased to tenants including Texas Health Resources, Methodist Health System, and leading physician groups. Brian Bacharach, Alastair Barnes and Soultana Reigle represented Lincoln and PGIM in the acquisitions.

ACQUISITION: Flagship Healthcare Properties acquires Graystone Eye MOB and ASC in Hickory, North Carolina. The 92,516 SF, Class A facility at 2424 Century Place SE is 100% leased to Graystone Eye. Built in 2008 and expanded in 2019, the property includes a four-OR, AAAHC-accredited surgery center operating under a North Carolina Certificate of Need. Blake Bratcher, Partner and Executive Vice President of Acquisitions at Flagship Healthcare Properties, and Andrew Tate, CEO of Graystone Eye, commented on the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Echo Real Estate Capital and Belay Investment Group acquire Northwest Indiana Medical Complex. The partnership’s first acquisition is the 132,805 SF, three-building medical complex at 9100-9200 Calumet Avenue in Munster, Indiana. Tenants include Powers Health, Rush University Medical Center, Dermio Dermatology, DaVita, and multiple surgery centers. Jon Boyajian, Founder and Principal of Echo, Eliza Bailey, Co-Founder, CEO & CIO of Belay, and Kyle Gordon, Echo Director of Acquisitions, led the partnership. Wintrust Bank provided debt financing.
