ACQUISITION: Woodside Health acquires Grand Professional Plaza in Surprise, Arizona. The 39,000 SF medical office building at 14674 West Mountain View Boulevard was built in 2007 and is anchored by Honor Health, with providers specializing in primary care, orthopedics, urology, and oncology. The property is located near Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center and expands Woodside Health’s presence in Phoenix. Ben Barr, Principal at Woodside Health, commented on the acquisition.

ACQUISITION: Inova Health System acquires Willow Oaks Medical Campus in Fairfax, Virginia, for $97.5M. The 382,850 SF, two-building medical office property at 8260 and 8280 Willow Oaks Corporate Drive includes Willow Oaks I and II and is anchored by Inova. Stockdale Capital Partners sold the campus, which it acquired for $70M in 2025. Newmark’s Ben Appel, Jay Miele, Justin Shepherd, John Nero, Michael Greeley, and Ron Ott arranged the transaction for the seller, with Jud Ryan and James Cassidy also part of the team.

DEVELOPMENT: Flagship Healthcare Properties develops 54,000 SF MOB for Sarasota Memorial Health Care System in Venice, Florida. The three-story facility at 2695 Curry Lane will be fully occupied by Sarasota Memorial and include cancer, endoscopy, and specialty care services. Liz Cook led the lease transaction, while Thorn Baccich, EVP of Development at Flagship Healthcare Properties, commented on the project. Kelli Dancer, VP of the Brian D. Jellison Cancer Institute, highlighted the expanded cancer services. Preliminary site work has begun, with construction and specialized build-outs planned for completion in 2028.
