ACQUISITION: CBRE arranges sale of 41,864 SF Port St. Lucie MOB & ASC in Florida. The newly delivered Class A+ facility, located on the campus of Florida Coast Medical Center’s new $200M, 54-bed hospital, was 94% leased at sale and anchored by Stuart Cardiology Group and Tenet Health subsidiaries. Chris Bodnar, Brannan Knott, Zack Holderman, Anthony Sardo, Cole Reethof, Jesse Greshin and Chris Dubberly represented seller Durkin Enterprises. The property was acquired by an institutional owner.

ACQUISITION: Meridian acquires 55 E. California Boulevard, a 32,052 MOB in Pasadena, California, for approximately $13.35M. Meridian also secured a new 10-year, 10,619 SF lease with The Huntington Medical Foundation, an affiliate of Huntington Health and Cedars-Sinai Health System. CBRE’s Angie Weber represented Meridian in the lease, while Jackie Benavidez and Damon Feldmeth represented Huntington Medical Foundation; Mark Shaffer and Cody Chiarella represented Meridian in the sale. John Pollock is CEO of Meridian.

ACQUISITION: Davis acquires the 114,346 SF four-building medical portfolio from Lakeview Clinic across Waconia, Norwood, Chaska and Watertown, Minnesota, for $31.3M. Lakeview extended its leases at all four properties, including the Chaska location at 110105 Pioneer Trail, where Lakeview is the anchor tenant and the building is approximately 87% occupied. Davis is marketing the remaining space for lease. Stewart Davis, Executive Vice President of Davis, led the transaction, while Tracy Rheineck, CEO of Lakeview Clinic, represented the seller’s interests.
